Deccan record 4th straight win, move into 4th position

A sublime unbeaten innings of 68 from Rohit sharma gave the Deccan chargers a crucial win against  kings XI punjab in the first game of the indian premier laegue to be played at Dharamsala on friday. Rohit's innings was brillinatly paced as he along with T suman never let teh pressure mount during the chase of a competetive 174, in the process undoing the harm done by Mahela Jawardene's fantastic innings of 93 earlier in the day. While the win takes Deccan closer to a semi-final spot, the loss finally puts an end to whatever little hopes punjab would have harboured of staying alive in the tournament.
