SA win by innings and 90 runs

India predictably surrendered the Motera Test to South Africa, as the home batting collapsed under the pressure of sustained fast bowling from the visitors. Sourav Ganguly top-scored with 87 for India while Dale Steyn and Makhaya Ntini took three wickets each. South Africa lead the series 1-0.
India's innings closed on a brave 328.It ended just that way, as the Proteas sealed their domination over the hosts by an innings and 90 runs, which also meant they can't lose the series.
